The following is edited, LaFontaine offered me a 2nd key fob, no charge. Thank you very much!I recently purchased a Ford Mustang, I was told there were 2 key fobs by 2 salespeople. It was my understanding fob, no charge. Thank you very much!I recently purchased a Ford Mustang, I was told there were 2 key fobs by 2 salespeople. It was my understanding at purchase by Gio, my salesperson, it was part of the purchase, since he was still “looking for it.” Now I am told that I have to make an appointment and purchase a 2nd key fob. They aren’t sure of the cost but it will likely be in excess of $250.00. This service, or lack of, is so disappointing since I counted on having this key fob. More

Sold a used car I wanted out from under me. Eventually found me a replacement, but salesman was not very sharp in terms of business follow up. Management made me feel like a number. Would not hold a vehicle for a few days with a deposit so I had to take out a loan which I didn't want to do. Promised to repair some wheel damage but didn't completely finish the job. Not what I expected from a Lincoln dealer. More
