I thought these guys change under new ownership and they didn't. Chris the manager of the service department is rude and do not care about their customers of 15yr. They had to tow it this time for the same reason it was there in Oct for a month. We have loaner car in our warranty and nobody seems to care we are down a car because you guys are screwing my husband car up more and more you touch it. Every since you guys put fluid in the wrong place almost 2 yrs ago in the engine our car goes to the shop 3 to 4 times a year for a month at a time. GIVE ME MY LOANER ITS IN MY CONTRACT!
