I will never have my vehicle serviced at LaFontaine again. I took my vehicle for a recall repair. I asked the tech to look into a couple of minor things; a rattle near the passenger seat and two after again. I took my vehicle for a recall repair. I asked the tech to look into a couple of minor things; a rattle near the passenger seat and two aftermarket key fob connectivity issues. For each problem, they charged me $199.95. For that, I literally got nothing. Turns out the rattling was a drill bit moving around in my rear passenger door bin. The fobs they couldn't reprogram because they were clearly aftermarket. When I tried to voice my concern, I was ignored by the service manager who refused to call back after numerous tries. For future recall or any service, I'll stick with a Ford dealership or an independent auto repair shop. LaFontaine lost a once loyal customer. More
