After reading other reviews, it seems like this dealership does not take service seriously. From the comments, this level of service has been ongoing for many years, with poor, at best, communication. I work for Toyota and am embarrassed by them using the Toyota name. Toyota stands for Quality and Service after the sale. That is not being represented by this dealership. Maybe Lafontain Toyota needs to drop some of their brands, so they concentrate on leveling up the Service for their core brands.

I want to thank Lafontaine Toyota for their prompted nameless response to my review. It is interesting that their solution was to give me a toll free number and tell me to call back. Ignoring that I said I have been calling and sending emails and not getting anyone to return my contacts. Their response to this review is pretty tone deaf.
