I am sharing my experience with this company. They are rip offs. They are one dealership that doesn’t care about any other other than their benefits. I bought a 2022 Toyota Rav 4 used car on fina They are rip offs. They are one dealership that doesn’t care about any other other than their benefits. I bought a 2022 Toyota Rav 4 used car on finance, market price was about $26-27k, but I was asked to pay $35,000 because they hiked their prices, made me pay a high down payment ($7,000) and put me on a 24% interest rate and promised that they’d sort me out after 1 year. I paid for a whole full year yet the principal balance of the car wasn’t going down and pay off balance was still almost same price as I financed the car. When I came back after 1 year, they didn’t care or kept giving me excuses and even asked me to put another $10,000 down payment for a used Toyota Rav 4 2024 with another high interest rate, when I didn’t agree, they just dismissed me. Just run away from this dealership. They are not nice. Might I add that my monthly payment/car note was kept at $983. More

Left the oil dip stick off my motor. I had to search for car at pickup. They played it off about the dipstick that he had just set it aside and forgot to put it back in. I was from out of town and starter went out and had to have it towed. Never offered anything but I'm sorry. My motor could have been ruined. More
