She very capably demonstrated the utility, features, and benefits of each of the very different cars we considered. She gave us as much time as we needed to reach our decision, provided us with several test drives and even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule. Ha shuffled cars around for us to drive during the coldest, snowiest Michigan winter on record. She interfaced our phones with the Bluetooth® capabilities of our new Venza and answered every question we had. This is customer service at it's very finest. We had a lot of fun buying our new car from Ha. We researched our vehicle choices and their prices very carefully and came away knowing we bought the best car for our needs at a very fair price from the best Sales Professional around. Tried very hard to get my car serviced. Tried to find another place but there was any near by and I decided to suck it up and DEAL with this very poor place. First, I called to set an appointment - that was a TRAIN RECK! girl could barely speak to anything, asked really odd questions and didn't connect with even my level of intelligence. I came in for my appointment by driving to the Hyundai buildings garage and after waiting 30 minutes I decided to go in and guess what THEY DON'T DO THE REPAIRS THERE! ITS DOWN THE STREET. WOULDN'T YOU THINK THAT SOMEONE WOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT? Then after considering just saying screw it and drive to Troy and see how that place is I decided to go to the service place- oh, thats located in the Toyota building just in case your reading this and HAVE to go here and walked up to the service agent. First I noticed the computers are very old, using a terminal based system (the place I was at in Sagianw was the opposite of this so thats what I'm using to compare BTW) they couldn't find anything in it so I gave them the paper that Saginaw gave me so they could complete the job and now I'm in the waiting room waiting 6 hours because they don't give loaner cars while they're repairing the RECALLS MIND YOU. More

I walked into this dealership to get some price comparisons. I do not remember the gentleman's name that helped us, perhaps because he was not very helpful. I asked if there was a way to check other dealer inventories and he said there was no way and it was all he had under 15,000. I went to a toyota dealer in ann arbor and they were much more friendly and helpful and I walked out with a perfect vehicle and will do business with them in the future, although I live across the street from this dealer. Everything I have ever attempted to do with this dealer from sales, oil change, and maintenance has been nothing but a pain. Just being honest. More

I found my experience dealing with LaFontaine pretty novel as my shopping for various cars was under one roof. When I approached David Lawrence initially, he assigned Ken Trimview to me as I was not su novel as my shopping for various cars was under one roof. Ken was extremely professional, helpful and patient in allowing me to test drive various cars of different brand names, such as Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Toyotta, etc. He did a very good job in coordinating the entire deal. Finally, I decided to buy Hyundai Sonata and there also he did a good in coordinating the deal with Eric Hay. My only comment here is that after test driving Honda and Kia cars, the sales manager of these two branches did not meet with me on one to one basis. They gave a ball park figure to Ken, which I did not care much. Finally, it was David Lawrence who gave me the final price on Honda CRV and Kia Sorento. Otherwise, I was happy with the deal I got from Eric Hay with the help of Ken Trimview. My other comment on Hyundai Sonata, is very limited color choices. I wish there were more choices like other cars. More

I went to LaFontaine looking for a previously owned vehicle. My first thought was a 4 Runner. Terry Wilson is very knowledgable regarding product lines at LaFontaine. I finally decided on a Hyundai Santa Fe. I never would have considered purchasing a Hyundai - I thought of them as a Honda wannabe. Terry really explained this auto line to me and I was really impressed. I have been driving my Hyundai for a week now and I love it. I am recommending Terry and LaFontaine to anyone looking for a new or used car in any of the lines they carry, but especially Hyundai. More

I bought the new car because of the sales person. He has very good knowledge, he know how to treatment the customers and he explained to me various technical features of the car. He promised me 2 yrs free Maintenance (oil changes etc.). But he forgot to give me any card/document for that. I will be thankful, if it is mailed to my home address.
