After two failed appointments (service tech unavailable? ), they had my car for almost two weeks to replace the trunk struts and a passenger side mirror motor. The mirror still didn't work correctly after it was "repaired". The service department was great at getting cars IN with no logical plan to fix/repair cars in a timely fashion. I could have been driving my own car in the time they wasted ordering and waiting for parts, waiting for an available tech, etc. The service department had problems communicating effectively. Avoid this dealership. More
