Lack of communication and extremely slow service. Had my car almost two weeks before looking at it. Once looked at it only took that day to fix it. Once completed no one called to tell it was ready. Made an appointment for Monday 1:45. They didn’t look at the car until Thursday, didn’t fix it until Friday, didn’t return it until Monday. Was told “sorry but we’re really slammed”. Service rep “Liam” would promise to call back quickly but didn’t. When we called him, he asked what we were calling about. Had to be reminded that we had extended warranty after he tried to bill us.
