We bought a used 2018 Suburban forester for my daughter's first car. She was away at school when my husband and I first viewed the car. Bought a used XC60in 2021, the sales lady was nice, did not show my girlfriend how to work anything on/or in the suv. We had to immediately. Get gas cause it was on E, we kept having issues with the XC60 t not show my girlfriend how to work anything on/or in the suv. We had to immediately. Get gas cause it was on E, we kept having issues with the XC60 that fell on def ears! We were always told everything is fine with it! This past April it just lock itself down completely. Had it towed by Volvo to Farmington hills where we bought it, they had no idea it was there for 3 days! As both of us called them the next day to see how long it would be till they could look at it. They said may 1st, we had to get a rental car cause they had nothing to give her to drive. Almost 900$ on a rental car for 13 days. Called them for reimbursement they gave us half back on a factory warranty problem. Never again will we look at another Volvo! Never had an issue with Subaru or Chevy for a rental! Worst dealership ever!!! More
