The service department went after my issues in a surprisingly speedy fashion. Thought they were almost finished, I really needed to leave and I was willing to return later in the day. However, without my inquiring, a loaner car was already parked in the write-up area, so that I would not be late for my meeting. This was service beyond my expectations. More
