The dealership had my car for over 2 weeks. They returned it to me and the exact issue I brought it in for, it was not even fixed at all. They had issued me a rental car, but because they now They returned it to me and the exact issue I brought it in for, it was not even fixed at all. They had issued me a rental car, but because they now had to restart a new ticket to fix the exact same problem, I had to drive 45 minutes to return the rental car, and then re-rent a new car. The whole experience has been so disappointing (a full week later and I still don't have my car). More

I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change. My vehicle only had 13,000+ miles. I did not leave the dealership until. After 2 PM. If I had an appointment, my car should’ve been serviced at that My vehicle only had 13,000+ miles. I did not leave the dealership until. After 2 PM. If I had an appointment, my car should’ve been serviced at that time from my understanding. Is that a person that just drives in is serviced but since then doesn’t make to make an appointment. There were no vehicles available for use. I live an hour away from the dealership. I felt that I receive poor customer service. My next vehicle will not be from this dealership.
