I have been working with my salesman Alan Vasquez for months to find me the vehicle that met my needs. Once the vehicle was located delivered to the dealership Alan and Bobby, the sales manager worked di months to find me the vehicle that met my needs. Once the vehicle was located delivered to the dealership Alan and Bobby, the sales manager worked diligently to put my deal together. I can't say enough about Bobby and his professional skills. You can sense when you work with a dealership and or manager that truly cares and one that goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. 5 Stars to LaGrange Toyota! More
Today it took the service department 6 minutes to acknowledge I was even there for my appointment. Service advisor was not friendly and didn’t introduce himself or ask what I needed I had to tell him acknowledge I was even there for my appointment. Sat for two and a half hours with no communication with anyone and the online feature said my car was being inspected the whole time and never was updated! I had to ask for my multi point inspection paper afterwards. Not friendly at all! NEED TO DO BETTER!! More
Purchased a Ford Ranger there that had a bad modem. They did not know how to fix it. Told me to take it to a ford dealership. Over $1000, out of my pocket! The service contract was useless! This was something that they should have connected me to when I purchased the truck. Kept giving me the run around about it when I would call. Salesman just googled solutions instead of physically looking to see the problem. I am still waiting for a return call from them. Horrible customer service once you sign the paperwork! They took advantage of me without my husband there. They knew he just had open heart surgery which was why I was alone. Sold me service contracts that are worthless. All of this was rushed so you don’t catch all the details. Stephen the manager made it all sound wonderful, but in reality it is not. Never again. More

I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Houston at Lagrange Toyota. It’s has only been two months and the radiator goes out and put me down on the side of the interstate. I call the warranty company t Lagrange Toyota. It’s has only been two months and the radiator goes out and put me down on the side of the interstate. I call the warranty company they said have it towed to the nearest ram dealership and to my liking, I find out that the radiator was bad to begin with!!! They (Lagrange Toyota) did not do a full inspection on the vehicle. I then call Houston at LaGrange Toyota he never answered my phone call again! I then spoke with the sales manager Charlie Wise or however you spell his name and he was no assistance at all! He always promises to call back and it becomes days at a time! Yes the truck was as is but why would you sell me a warranty to a truck that was supposedly good to begin with! Because the radiator was bad in the beginning it over heated the engine and blew the head gasket which is going to cost 11,000$. I go to the ram dealership where the truck is and the value of the truck is only 6500$ I call the sales manager and he states there’s nothing he can do to make this right! I gave him three choices option 1. Put me into something else. Option 2. Get me out of the contract and give me my money back or option 3. I’ll seek legal counsel. He said I’ll call you back and once he called he said in order to get out of the agreement you’ll have to call credit acceptance. I then call they said it’s up to the dealership and they would be responsible for a vehicle that I’ve only had two months. I call the sales manager back and he said there’s nothing they can or will do I’m stuck with a truck that does not work they will not give me my money back and it’s over 11,000$ to fix the head gaskets on a truck that’s valuing $6500! Lagrange Toyota is wrong and I strongly recommending NO ONE to do business with them!!!! I’m still fighting for what is right and to be treated fairly. i then called Brandon Durath (GM) he told me out of 18 years ive never bought a contract back from any customer and it will not start today! So that answered my question, he could help me but CHOSE NOT TO HELP ME!!!! So i urge each customer to NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY LOVE TO HID ISSUES AND NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THEM!!!! THE RAM TECH STATED THE RADIATOR SHOULD NOT HAVE LEAKED OUT LIKE IT DID AND WHEN THEY FOUND THE LEAK IT WAS A PATCHED JOB THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE CHANGED THE RADIATOR COMPLETELY. I SIMPLY WANTED TO GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND LEAVE THE DEAL AND THEY SAID NO!!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR INTEGRAL!!!!!!! More
