After the test drive I was looking over the t Do not purchase a used vehicle from LaGrange Toyota. I test drove a used pickup truck Saturday 5/7/16. After the test drive I was looking over the truck and noticed the radiator fluid reservoir was empty. I brought it to the salesman's attention. His name was Brent. He took the truck back to the service department. I left without purchasing the truck. Saturday evening I received a text message from Brent that the service department had looked the truck over and there was no issue, it simply needed fluid. I purchased the truck on Monday, 5/9/16. After purchasing the truck, I noticed 2 days later the reservoir was empty again. I took the truck to my mechanic, and found the radiator had a crack, resulting in a $485 charge to replace it. I understand that when purchasing a used vehicle it is purchase as is, however when I ask for the dealership to look at a specific concern, I expect an honest answer. Either they somehow missed the cracked radiator, which suggests incompetence, or they lied to me about it. Either way, please DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM LAGRANGE TOYOTA!!!! More

He was very patient with me in the process of picking out the right vehicle for me. Alan took the time to thoroughly explain every option available to me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in the process. It took two visits for me to make my mind up. Alan stayed very late both times and was always patient and pleasant. He was great!! The facility was impressive right down to the service department, which was one of the cleanest service departments I have ever seen. The day after my purchase, Alan called to make sure I was enjoying my new car and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I have bought new cars in the past and have never had a dealership call to check on me after they made the sell.
