The Salesman Greg Lassetter, was one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He tried to get us the price we wanted and showed us the entire car/truck by explaining all the details with us. What a GREAT experience! And we drove 2 hours from Rome just to LOVE the Truck and the people that made this happen. The price for the Truck was the lowest around. Thank you LaGrange Toyota, for the AWESOME work!!! We are definitely coming back. More

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Bobby Sabia at LaGrange Toyota. The first experience was so fantastic that when I realized that the new SUV that my husband talked me into wasn't going to fit th at LaGrange Toyota. I called up Bobby and told him that I was looking for a Sienna and what features I needed and wanted. He made sure that he had a van for me to test drive when we got there. Even though he was kept busy by customer after customer, he still made sure that we were well taken care of and that our concerns were answered. We had a great experience with the finance staff who got us a fantastic deal and we drove away with the van I wanted that day. This Dealer at the time of sale was exceptional, but when they had to back up what they sold not so good. I purchased a GAP insurance policy and this Dealership misrepresented the truth at the time of sale they had to back up what they sold not so good. I purchased a GAP insurance policy and this Dealership misrepresented the truth at the time of sale in my opinion. I was told at the time of sale that the GAP coverage I was purchasing would cover everything that my insurance company did not in the event of a total loss. THIS was NOT true. What it did cover was the difference of the loan amount minus 2 times your deductible up to 90% of the vehicle value. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this dealership did not respond. Terrible experience with this dealer and will never purchase any type of vehicle from this dealership again. Ronnie Barnes is the reason why I purchased my 2006 Toyota Tundra at LaGrange Toyota. From past experience he knows I don't knee-jerk buy and he and I have been in communication for the past 6 months Toyota Tundra at LaGrange Toyota. He was always willing to answer any question I had and he repsected my position on wanting to find exactly what I could afford and which was a good value too. I've known Bill Miles for 30+ years and even though he and I didn't touch base personally on this visit I know when Ronnie went to share my offer to him it was considered in a fair manner (which he countered) and we were able to quickly agree upon. GW Marlow handled Financing in an efficient manner and I appreciated the time he took to explain all the options I had in this area and where the numbers were coming from. Great buying experience!!!
