David Thompson was a great salesmen. He was courteous, pleasant without being pushy. At no time did my husband or I felt in any way or form pressured. We had other offers from other dealers, but David put together the best deal. I felt confident with this salesman, his trustworthiness came thru with flying colors. By the end of the sale I felt like I knew him, and because of his salesmanship, I would definately recommend Toyota of LaGrange as a good place to buy an automobile. More

We had casual conversations with several employees including the receptionist and several managers, everyone had a greeting and a smile. David Thompson and everyone made us feel welcomed! We gave the price a 4 because we did not haggle about price, we paid what we planned on paying for a new Toyota. It couild have been a 4 as well, we did not compare price to any other dealership. The Salesman Greg Lassetter, was one of the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He tried to get us the price we wanted and showed us the entire car/truck by explaining all the details with us. What a GREAT experience! And we drove 2 hours from Rome just to LOVE the Truck and the people that made this happen. The price for the Truck was the lowest around. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Bobby Sabia at LaGrange Toyota. The first experience was so fantastic that when I realized that the new SUV that my husband talked me into wasn't going to fit th at LaGrange Toyota. I called up Bobby and told him that I was looking for a Sienna and what features I needed and wanted. He made sure that he had a van for me to test drive when we got there. Even though he was kept busy by customer after customer, he still made sure that we were well taken care of and that our concerns were answered. We had a great experience with the finance staff who got us a fantastic deal and we drove away with the van I wanted that day.
