One day you're on your way Our appointment, to see a car on line, was at 2:30 by 6:30 we had the keys. I am not easy to please so when I first called Jesse, the sales person, worked with. I asked about things that weren't in the description of the vehicle I was interested in. He would check and call me back. I called and asked for him four different times. He was always so accommodating. We had paid, had plates, and keys in hand in four hours. YAY! More

Careing customer service I had been to multiple dealerships and was told I needed a co signer and basicly was out of luck. After hearing the commercial on the radio I thought I had been to multiple dealerships and was told I needed a co signer and basicly was out of luck. After hearing the commercial on the radio I thought I would give it one more shot and called Lalonde. I spoke to Richard and told him my situation and he was confident that he could do something for me. He kept his word and got me approved without a co signer and into my new jeep with ease. Richard was so careing about my situation and did everything he could to get me into something for the price I could afford. Needless to say he went above and beyond and I ended up getting more than expected. I love my new vehicle and I am so happy I found this dealership. He was knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, and never pressured me. I love the truck I purchased. They gave every attention to details in cleaning and prepping the vehicle. They also changed the oil, put it a new air cleaner, along with new wiper blades. I live alone and after I bought the truck I needed a way to get my old truck home. Jesse was kind enough to pick me up at my house the next morning to take me to work with him, so I could get my vehicle home.
