My husband and I have been taking our car to this dealership for almost a year on the same issue. Every time we take it there we get excuses about what could be wrong. From Lisa the service rep to Tom the service manager, we have been told lies and excuses. The latest visit ended today with more excuses and a suggestion we take the car to another dealership, They apparently do not have the expertise with their ONE "technician" to address the issues we continue to experience. I will take their advice and go somewhere else and will be sure to let everyone I know they should also do the same thing.
