When my lease was coming to an end, I received an initial call (Alex Carpenter) to go over my options. I knew that I wanted to end my lease, and was interested in a Grand Cherokee L. I did some online research and new I what trim level and features I was interested in, so that helped narrow down my search. Alex was professional and likeable, but seemed a little lacking in knowledge on the Grand Cherokee. I felt as if he needed his computer in order to answer my questions. Once the deal was done, instead of going over the features, I was asked if I had any questions. So I felt as if he wanted to done instead of taking the time and going over everything (a previous sales person did that with my wife and I at a different dealership, while it was raining!). He also took us to the maintenance department, but everyone at the time were busy, and there was no offer of going back over there. The finance part was awesome. The online application saved time and Allie was great. It was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership finance office. This is the third vehicle we have bought or leased from the LaLonde group, and they will definitely continue to earn my business. Overall, I was pleased with my experience in Imlay City. More
