Great salesman and manager, crappy prep work of the truck I was upside down in my Jeep loan due to poor financial decisions and explained my situation to Richard. I told him an amount that I could not go over, and to my shock, he was able to make it work! He was very friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. I got to walk out of there with a brand new Ram, my first brand new vehicle. His manager (I can’t remember his name sorry!!!) was also very friendly and professional. In fact when he saw the condition of my truck just as I was about to leave he sent it back to get detailed right. Speaking of that... I am NOT impressed at all with how the truck was when I left there. There was still paint on the tires, tires were muddy, there were 10 more miles on it from the time I test drove it to taking it home, and the back window was filthy from the sticker. That however is NOT on Richard or his boss. In fact his boss told me to bring it back next time I was in town and they would take care of it for me. Great experience at that dealership as far as the sale of the truck, and I will definitely be back to see Richard again! More
