Beware if you do not have perfect credit We came into this place having an employee choice numberfrom Chrysler (FCA)... We really liked the Cherokee. Unfortunately credit rating was an issue We came into this place having an employee choice numberfrom Chrysler (FCA)... We really liked the Cherokee. Unfortunately credit rating was an issue. We were asked what our monthly payment max was, which we indicated was $350. After running credit, which was admittedly poor we were told we were not eligible for anything close to that monthly payment due to credit. We wanted to leave, but they will bring in a second person, an ex-marine. Not to be too lengthly but the monthly payment ended up being $450 for a stock Dodge Journey. It was different than the Journey we test drove. In fact we weren't told much but the feeling was that we were lucky to even be able to get a car. I am very bitter about this.. If you tell a dealership your max is $350 and they still keep going for the $450 payment there is an issue. We did sign the agreement, it wasn't forced but I'm not happy at all about the transaction. We are paying way over what we should be paying. I believe these are nice people, but do NOT go there if you have bad credit. You will be railroaded into a bad deal. Don't settle... I would never recommend this place after what I know now. You will be treated very nicely but they will not quit until you take a loan at a rate that is almost loan-sharking. The ads from the KIA-Chrysler dealerships that are affiliated are not lying about making sure you will leave with a car. But make sure you understand they will do this at interest rates that are above 12% which is crazy. Unfortunately I wish we had never signed the agreement. We are paying $450 a month when with good credit it would be about $250. It is not the dealerships fault that our credit was not good, but the issue I have is that we set an amount that we thought we could afford ($350) and they kept goading us until we accepted the $450 rate (which is actually around $465).. Anyways be aware, these are nice people up front, but do not care about your budget. Be aware of a person who claims to be a lifelong US Marine. I don't doubt his pedigree, but he will use his status and his war stories to try to get you to sign.... Just a thought. More

These guys did the impossible After years of struggling with my previous car and the awful loan that I signed up for I tried and tried and tried to get into a new car, then I settl After years of struggling with my previous car and the awful loan that I signed up for I tried and tried and tried to get into a new car, then I settled and decided I would find something used, after many failed attempts I came in and talked to Robert here at Lalonde Chrysler, with the help of him and Joe, they were able to not only get rid of my negative equity in my previous loan but also somehow managed to get me into a brand new 2018 Journey Blacktop Edition. I will continue to make this my dealership of choice and I saved Robert and Joes numbers into my phone, and next time I’m in the market or I have a friend in th market I will go there first.
