Took my 2022 Bronco in for its second service. Scheduling was easy. Blaine got me in when it was convenient for me. Coincidentally, on the way to the service appointment, the Bronco started throwing an engine code. Blaine and the service team diagnosed it straight away. It is something the Bronco had to stay there for. Hank, what a great guy! Thank you for making sure we could make it home! I could have my Bronco serviced anywhere in Salt Lake or in Park City. I choose to go to Labrum in Heber! If you want to be treated right, better than fair, and with honesty, take your vehicle to Labrum Ford in Heber. Labrum is my dealership of choice. My wife and were leaving our campground when the dash selector transfer switch for the 4 wheel broke. On a Friday afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Blaine. Parts was able to have the part sent in and selector transfer switch for the 4 wheel broke. On a Friday afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Blaine. Parts was able to have the part sent in and Blaine fit us in so we could get back to our travels. I really appreciate the attitude and responsiveness from Baline and the parts department getting the truck in and out so quickly. Dealership seems to have some great people working for them. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified by the Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It wa Labrum Internet Sales Manager, Kaleb Roskelley, that one of the cars I had been inquiring about was being listed at the Labrum Ford Dealership. It was clean, and in like-new condition. Kaleb arranged a test drive and answered all of my questions without hesitation. One day (and an oil change) later, I drove my beautiful "Dora" (the Explorer) off into the sunset. I normally detest car-buying, but this was an enjoyable, and peaceful experience, from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Kaleb, and all the staff at Labrum Ford and Chevrolet, if you desire a fun, low-stress car buying experience! More
