I spoke to and emailed Jim Lacy may times speaking about what I was looking to do and setting up a time to come down, and he was great to speak to and deal with until I got down there a couple of week later. I arrived there yesterday (3/5/13) and meeting Jim and the rest of the Staff in person was even better than speaking to them on the phone and by email. They were very attentive to me and my family the minute I walked in, in fact they were literally greeting me at the door when I pulled up. Matt Devlin handled the paperwork and test drive for me, and he was a great guy to deal with throughout the whole experience, seems like a guy I would be friends with if I lived in the area. The car I was looking at online to buy, the Lincoln MKX, was actually better than advertised and Not only did I get a good deal on the car I was buying, but I had a realistic expectation of the value of the car I was trading in, my one and only worry at all was not getting what I thought was the going fair trade in value for the car I was trading in. They literally hit the number I was hoping for on my trade in, without me every telling them at any time what I was expecting or hoping for. Because of that there was no haggling of any kind, it was simply and hand shake and lets get it done. I had brought my wife and daughter down, so while they worked on the paperwork, they pointed out a spot for me to go have a bite to eat with my family, that too was a great experience, and when I got back we signed the paperwork within the finance director who turned out to be almost as big a Yankee fan as me, which was fun too, we may have spent more time talking about the Yankees than the paperwork for the loan, but since that was perfectly in order, we were able to do that easily. Matt was able to hook me up with 3 months of Free Sirius Satellite radio, and both He and Jim showed me everything I needed to know in what is a very technologically advanced car. The car is all I expected and more, and the same goes for the dealership. I have no problem driving down there again if they have a car me and my wife are looking for next time we are looking for a new car, in fact I would look forward to it. Thanks Guys. More

I left that day without buying a car but knowing I would only buy one from Lacy Subaru. A few weeks pasted...Greg kept in touch with me via email, asking if I had any questions, could he help in any way. He was great! The day finally arrived, I was ready to buy my new Subaru.... but which one?? I called Greg and gave him my wish list...it wasnt easy either but within 24 hours he had found my dream car!! The next step was financing...again the gang at Lacy went above and beyond to get me the best rates, easiest terms and the payment was just where I needed it to be. Bob Cargi is the man!! Tried out a 2012 Subaru Forester and liked it so much that we went back to discuss purchasing it but it had been sold. He was very friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to and wasn't the typical pushy salesman which really sold us. The best salesman we have ever dealt with. Bob was great too, went above and beyond to give us the best deal and financing even though he had to redo all the paperwork which had to take more time for him.
