It was a quick and painless processes purchasing a 2022 Elantra SEL at this dealer. Very unprofessional. I was communicating about buying a car and was very clear i will buy it if they can sell it for msrp. Initially was told about dealer accessories and I was communicating about buying a car and was very clear i will buy it if they can sell it for msrp. I get an email from them(Ezmeralda) stating that the management has notified that they are selling at msrp and accessories are added once the car arrives and can be avoided if i come in and prepurchase the vehicle. I called(Mike Nam) them to confirm it and he said yes. I go there and they said straight no. Why would you do that to your customers? Why say or promise something if you cannot honor it? They did not even had a courtesy to apologize for the miscommunication if that was the case. Please avoid them if possible. More

BEWARE OF DEALERSHIP SCAM: I went there to get Ioniq 5. They asked me to put downpayment of car ($1000) to reserve one and I had to sign a paper to state it is non refundable. I found out their price is much higher than other dealerships ($5000 marked up price compared to $2000 other places) and also didn’t consider to trade-in my current car over to new car purchase. and they don’t want to match the price either. When I discussed my concerns, they did not agree to match price and refused to return back my money! Saying they have a paper from me and I have no option left. They just scam you and lock you in and then bring up any price they want. In other words, they stole my money! More
