The dealership has had my car since 11/09/2023. It's now almost March of 2024. There is little to no communication as to when it might be fixed. They gave me a loaner vehicle from November to Janua It's now almost March of 2024. There is little to no communication as to when it might be fixed. They gave me a loaner vehicle from November to January and I've been barely making it to work since. I haven't had a valid inspection sticker since Ocotober of 2023. This car is an absolute piece of junk and it's almost as if it's been confiscated. I've reached out a week ago requesting documents for a lawyer to look at to see if I can do anything to cut ties with these people and this car, and they still have not sent all of the requested paperwork. Please send me the repair orders I asked for. And give me an ETA if when I can have my car back. More

Walked in to look at a vehicle I saw online, unfortunately it was sold already, but my sales agent RJ say down and asked me what I was looking for in my new vehicle and price. I brought my Jeep in because the tire pressure in one tire was low ( in the red zone). They fixed the valve stem because it had a slow leak. When the tech came back from driving it to reset the warning l tire was low ( in the red zone). They fixed the valve stem because it had a slow leak.
