They were very upfront and professional about the pros and cons of each vehicle I was looking at. I work in sales, so it annoys me greatly when I am "sold" to. They did not make me feel like I was at a dealership, I felt like I was driving and talking with a friend. I was extremely impressed that the sales assistant talked to me the entire time. As a woman I am very use to being overlooked in sales situations especially when I have a male with me. My boyfriend was with me but I was the one that was the sole purchaser of the car. The sales assistant did not talk to me as though I was ignorant, and did not ignore me and talk to my boyfriend instead. They made me feel like I was the client and that was what really sold me on Laird. They made me feel like a valuable customer. More
