I really wanted to give LNF a 5-star review as the sales part to work with the dealership was such a great experience. The problem becomes if you go through their finance department. We purchased the Ford w part to work with the dealership was such a great experience. The problem becomes if you go through their finance department. We purchased the Ford warranty at the dealership and didn't catch on the paperwork until we arrived home how much it actually cost. Went back to the dealership on day 3 to have the warranty cancelled. Rolando said he would cancel and send a check to the lender. That process took 49 days, which means we have now paid interest on a warranty we cancelled almost 2 months ago. Buyer beware and I'll read the paperwork much slower to catch the ruse next time. I've escalated this issue to the sales managers and nothing has been done. Buyer beware concerning a Ford warranty at this dealership. 5/11 Update - I bumped the score from 2 to 4. I heard today from the GM (Mr. Enyard) and he was very helpful in refunding the costs we had incurred and showed us again that customers are very important to Laird Noller. More
