I tend to keep cars for a long time, but knew that I was soon to part with my '99 Subaru. I'd been dragging my feet simply because I was not looking forward to the whole buying/negotiating process. My experience at Laird Noller, my first, was a good one. It's clear why they have been in business so many years. Mike was great to work with--attentive but not pushy and sensitive to my time frame. He patiently answered my questions and found just the car I wanted. I felt I got a very fair new car price and was pleased at their willingness to work with me on the trade-in. Likewise Alex thoroughly explained all the paperwork. He was flexible and professional. I left feeling good about the whole experience. I am very happy with my new car and am confident that any future questions/concerns will be met with the same friendliness, knowledge, courtesy, and fairness. More
