I have to say that I was very impressed. This was my first car that I purchased all on my own. I visited the dealership about a month ago. Did not find the right fit for what I was looking for. About two weeks later, my sales person Mike Smith, called to say that he had gotten me approved for a loan and that he had found me a car. I about dropped the phone. I had no idea that he had continued to work on the sale for me. I came in, looked at the car and liked it, so we started the process of the sale. That shows commitment to his customers! I have never had a sales person search for a car for me for two weeks without me knowing about it. That was impressive and I will come back to this dealership for that reason.
