Easy to make an appointment and it was done quicker than promised. When I came in there were three service writers and two were on the phone. The one that was to the far east of the area was not on the phon promised. When I came in there were three service writers and two were on the phone. The one that was to the far east of the area was not on the phone and looked me up and told me to go to service desk number two. After waiting about 8 minutes with the person still on the phone the guy at service desk number one got off the phone and offered to help me and rolled his eyes about my response from the other person who did not want to help me.
