Josh was incredibly professional while also being friendly and responsive. He not only listened to what I wanted in a car, but exceeded my expectations with finding the perfect car for me. I recently moved to Wisconsin and am a first-time visitor to Lake Chevrolet. I've owned a lot of cars from dealerships in 6 states but none can compare to the quality of service I received from Lake Chevrole to Lake Chevrolet. From my initial phone contact to the time I drove away, I was truly impressed by the way I was treated and the service I received. My service advisor, Craig Pozarski, was very knowledgeable about the service provided under my extended warranty. Craig very polite and made sure I understood what my car needed. On top of that, his estimate on how long it should take to complete the work was spot on. Add to that the fact that my car was returned to me looking as pristine as the day I bought it, and Craig has ensured that I will be a lifelong Lake Chevrolet customer. More
