I typically don’t have issues but I received a message from Nick that I needed to schedule an appt for my recall. I did and then when I got to the dealership, was told they couldn’t do it because they had from Nick that I needed to schedule an appt for my recall. I did and then when I got to the dealership, was told they couldn’t do it because they had to order the part first. What?? Why wasn’t that done before I got there? I had my dad come as well to pick me up (due to the service taking a few hours) and I had to tell him that he wasted his time because I didn’t need a ride home. I was told to come back the next day for the service. I did but ultimately wasted 2 days at the dealership dealing with this. The process should be a lot easier. No complaints with Cameron. He was wonderful and wasn’t the one that set up my appt originally. More

My car was purchased CPO & a few hundred miles over warranty so I contacted GM, they indicated the service manager needed to send them information. That was last week, as of this morning there has stil warranty so I contacted GM, they indicated the service manager needed to send them information. That was last week, as of this morning there has still been no update to GM from the Lake Chevy Service Dept. This issue is a known issue with the Equinox that happens during cold weather spells. It is not user error. More

I have never had a issue with them for normal maintenance. The are fast and friendly. In the case that I had a less serious but unusual issue that require GM to assist my experience has been less maintenance. The are fast and friendly. In the case that I had a less serious but unusual issue that require GM to assist my experience has been less than ideal. Poor communication and the communications that I have had has been vague. The staff won’t answer questions directly. I am don’t like to text and all the service person does is text me. Even after I told him I prefer to be called. The service manager is nice but seems intentionally not helpful. Not sure my best interest is be severed as a customer. More

Terrible service. They tried to charge me twice for something that my car did nothing to do with my car. All they want is money I will never ever go to another Chevy d They tried to charge me twice for something that my car did nothing to do with my car. All they want is money I will never ever go to another Chevy dealership ever. They need technicians that knows about cars, not just making them stuff in their head and want to charge a big price. That's what they did to me. I am so upset. I'd set down and talk to someone and it's like he didn't even care... He just wants a paycheck. I don't trust their opinions on anything And I'm speaking on the Location on South 27th street. More

When you want to spend the money to get your vehicle fixed properly by trusting a dealership and don't get the service you expect it's disheartening. I brought in my Chevy truck for my 4 wheel drive to fixed properly by trusting a dealership and don't get the service you expect it's disheartening. I brought in my Chevy truck for my 4 wheel drive to be serviced and a noise coming from my left wheel. They called back after the diagnosis with a bunch of other things that I didn't ask for that were unnecessary. I told them to fix my hub and bearings and service my 4x4 because my dash kept showing it needed it. Which is what they recommend, 2 days later I get my truck back saying its ready. Payed close to $2k and asked if everything was certified and if anything went wrong I can bring it back in so they may fix it, I was assured that that would not be a problem, a day later my 4x4 just ceased to exist I show up the next morning to have them service it. They then sent out the service technician to tell me it had shot a code on the dash BEFORE he released it to me WITHOUT TELLING ME. (Under my impression, when you get a service its supposed to be completed not left half done.) I asked whats wrong and he then went off topic and claimed my whole front end is falling apart. Now this really made me upset because my 04 Avalanche had been garaged up until 5 years ago by my grandfather. When I took ownership It was basically a brand new truck with zero rust. I take it to Montana last year for 1 winter and it started to develop surface rust on the frame. This guy want's to tell me that a truck from 2004 with only 118k on the dash is falling apart, I tried speaking to the service manager and he had already had his mind set on making me pay more money for a service that was not even close to complete. The problem that I have is that these technicians and Manager's didn't care if they released a vehicle to me saying it was fixed and I had to pay for this unfinished service. And when I pay for a service from a dealership I expect it to be done properly without any extra fee's after I was told it was complete. If I wanted this sort of attitude and lack of attention to detail I would have taken my vehicle to a little shop that would charge me half the price. More
