Not all of the vehicles come with coverage, and during the finance process, customers are offered the option to purchase extended service contracts for additional protection. We strive to be completely transparent about what is covered and what is not, so it is concerning to hear that there may have been confusion regarding repair coverage. We would like the opportunity to better understand what occurred. Especially since a formal complaint has not been responded to yet. How/ where did you file the complaint so we can better understand the disconnect. Would you consider having a conversation with us? Regarding the service advisor you mentioned, personnel matters are confidential, so we're unable to comment on employment decisions.
