The service was great. Their service department was very friendly and helpful. My appointment time was 10:30am and they were ready to start the paperwork and get my truck work started. Didn't take any responsibility or accountability of a broken sun roof in a vehicle that was less than 12 hours off their lot. We took it to a dealership near us, they assessed what was wrong and Lake Che broken sun roof in a vehicle that was less than 12 hours off their lot. We took it to a dealership near us, they assessed what was wrong and Lake Chevrolet would not help cover any of the $1500 in service repairs after we just spent $40,000 at their dealership. We were told Chris's manager was going to call us and have yet to receive that phone call. More
