Service department is always nice but McKenzie is the worst rep!!! I had her with Toyota and know with Chevy and she just misinformes about is done.. took my truck to get 3 recalls completed and all she worst rep!!! I had her with Toyota and know with Chevy and she just misinformes about is done.. took my truck to get 3 recalls completed and all she told me was the truck was done and parts had to be ordered for 1.. what happened with the 3rd one? Never informed me anything until Steve helped me when I picked up my car. Just unacceptable on her part. More
