Robert Howard is extremely dishonest. He lacks any integrity. He told me the Trax is the same size as my Cruze. Not only does it have less leg room; it is also more narrow. When I said I don’t like SUV because they roll over. He said: “No they don’t. Don’t listen to the lies that people tell you. They don’t know what they are talking about.” As a loyal Chevy lover I am very disappointed 😔 that Chevy would think it’s ok to make and sell such a poor quality vehicle as the TRAX. I only came to see Scott so I could ask questions and discuss my options for my next lease car. And he was not at work that day. I was not coming to lease a car because my lease was not up. And they close my GM account and open the new one which is not my credit down by 48 points. And no they didn’t tell me that they were closing anything. They both were literally standing. My other one was a mistake they weren’t even 5 inches away and I’m 4‘11“ and I got these two tall white man standing over me. They were less than 5 inches away from me. They were very aggressive, and they would not take no for an answer And all those people at the dealership is Laine behind off because no one from there has tried to call me. And every time I call Vera can’t get through. And even in the service department, the supervisor wouldn’t detail the inside of the car even though it had white stuff all on the front seat who knows what that is right !!!!!!!! More

Took longer than what I was told. Excellent Body work and communication I recently was in a car accident and had the car towed to Lake Chevrolet. When I picked it up with were extremely caring, friendly, and concerned about my satisfaction.
