Decent service with the potential to be great Scheduling is great, checking in is ok (they need to explain the paper work not just ask you to sign), wait time for an oil change and tire rotation w Scheduling is great, checking in is ok (they need to explain the paper work not just ask you to sign), wait time for an oil change and tire rotation was acceptable. Where they could really improve is making sure that the service associates are informed on the promotions they are advertising. Only one out of the four associates new about the promotion I asked about and how to enter the transaction. So they definitely weren’t going to know to tell me about that promotion ( or any other deal). It definitely was something that saved me money but I had to work to get it. I made the associate figure it out. But they were happy to do and was a good sport about it. More

Several visits same issue. My truck needed the air bag sensor serviced. The vehicle was looked at by another mechanic Several times and the issue was never fixed.
