Left Waiting Unnecessarily I took my P/U truck in for an oil change and to repair a leaking tire. Upon arrival, I was told by a readily available service rep that he couldn't ch I took my P/U truck in for an oil change and to repair a leaking tire. Upon arrival, I was told by a readily available service rep that he couldn't check me in because I had to check-in with the rep I'd made the appointment with over the phone. Don't know why I couldn't just check-in with any rep. The rep I did check-in with, Mackensey, was very friendly and efficient. While I was waiting for the work to be completed, Mackensey informed me that the oil change was done and the tire was almost done being patched. She also informed me that her shift was over and someone else would check me out. After waiting an hour (for a simple oil change and tire repair), I noticed my truck was parked in front of the store; the work was completed. I waited another half hour to be checked-out, but nobody called me. So I asked an employee why I was still waiting. He very courteously said he didn't know and would find out. Just then another service rep finally called me over for payment and check-out. He did not make eye contact with me, did not explain why I waited so long, did not apologize for the apparent oversight, nor did he thank me for waiting nor my patronage. I know customer service everywhere has diminished over the years, however I think I'll try to find better service elsewhere. More
