The facilities were immaculate and the staff was very inviting and friendly. Not only did they have the color I wanted, they had THREE to choose from. No other dealer had the selection like them (believe me, I spent about an hour online and Braeger had more than enough to make a good choice. Most importantly: I got the truck I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. No back and forth like my “local” dealer wanted. I saved money and Josh was great to deal with. Heck, James, Jim and David did a great job also. I would definitely put this dealership on my list of “must visit” companies for any future purchases. GREAT JOB EVERYONE! There is only one negative I have to add: the truck is actually for my WIFE and I probably will not drive it much! Oh well, I am sure they will sell me another........ More

No pressure, honesty, courtesy and concern without phony fawning and pandering are qualities much appreciated by all, especially seniors and an octogenarian like me., so when you find them all in one place, it's a blessing. I found exactly what I needed (at least wanted) at Braeger with great attention from Mike Fuller, Bob Howard, and Brandon Grimes. I spoke with Mike, he texted pictures I asked for, and when I arrived at the dealership, Bob walked out to greet me to test drive a spotless vehicle with a full tank of gasoline. It took a half hour to decide on the deal, a half hour the next day with Brandon to sign all the papers, and I drove home with a brand new USED vehicle and according to my regular mechanic a fantastic deal - no hassle, no problems, and no elevated blood pressure. THANKS GUYS!!!! More
