Growing family This was actually our third purchase from Braeger, my fiancé purchased a car from the Ford dealership and his brother purchased a new Chevy from Scott This was actually our third purchase from Braeger, my fiancé purchased a car from the Ford dealership and his brother purchased a new Chevy from Scott as well. We came in a few months back and let him know about our situation (we were in the middle of buying our first home, our budget and the fact that we had a baby on the way). There are was no pressure to purchase at any point (which too us we LOVED because who wants to be pressured when making a big purchase ever) but there was constant communication and when it came time to actually buy our traverse the process was BEYOND smooth. With 3 young kids already it is hard to find time to sit down before bed let alone in a dealership for hours. When people asked about the truck and were we made our purchase we couldn’t talked more about the amazing experience then we did about having a new truck! Scott and his team made this experience a complete dream! More
Worst service I’ve experienced there I am a frequent customer at Braeger, and usually I rave about their service and support. Today unfortunately, my experience was bad enough to make me I am a frequent customer at Braeger, and usually I rave about their service and support. Today unfortunately, my experience was bad enough to make me question whether I will ever return. I brought my vehicle in for some squealing in the tires and to have a tire resealed. I had explained that my dad had just done the brakes for me a week prior. While waiting over two hours in the waiting area, another employee came in and asked if we wanted him to change the channel because CNN was fake news. He proceeded to share his political opinions with us. Another customer in the area shared that he was a patriot and had proudly served our country, to which the employee interrupted and discredited this customers service. When the employee from service came back to talk with me he began to put down my dad's work on the brakes. He also said I needed GM parts rather than the "AC Delco he just threw in there." I told him to leave the brakes and to simply finish sealing the wheel. Another 30 minutes later my boyfriend had to come as I was over 30 minutes late for work. I checked in briefly with the service tech to share that my boyfriend would be taking the car and that I had to go. He again put down my dad's work in the car and his choice in parts. My feelings were genuinely hurt and I left crying. My boyfriend picked up the $110 bill for a sealed wheel and bad service. More

I arrived to an easily accessible, very clean and spacious service department where I was greeted by smiling employees. Joel Turner did a great job keeping me updated on the job and getting my vehicle back to me. The team of technicians also did a great job, no more coolant leaks! More

The oil leak should of also been fixed before going on the lot. They wanted us to pay $280 to fix the leak. I’m sure they knew it was like that ! Especially since they do a 100 point inspection before. I think they took advantage of me cause I’m a woman . WE SHOULD OF WALKED AWAY !!!! HUGE MISTAKE ON OUR PART ! I also realized what I signed but come on !! You could of tried a little harder to keep our business. We will not be coming back! Will not recommend you to anyone!! I get it you got to pay for that huge facility!!! More
