Almost Perfect Service Adviser Joel Turner is always extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable (I don't know why he is not listed). Oil Change After having an oil change, I noticed oil was spilled on my engine and was dripping onto the hot engine, causing a burning smell. Upon cleaning the oil off of the cam cover, I noticed oil had also accumulated on the plastic shield under the engine, and had dripped onto my driveway. I have cleaned the mess, and have checked the oil level, which is o.k. I hope that more care is taken by the technician to avoid this problem in the future. More
