Upon cleaning the oil off of the cam cover, I noticed oil had also accumulated on the plastic shield under the engine, and had dripped onto my driveway. I have cleaned the mess, and have checked the oil level, which is o.k. I hope that more care is taken by the technician to avoid this problem in the future. More

Honest, No Pressure Dealership That Has Lots of Patience I worked with my salesman. James Fumo, and with the New Vehicle Sales Manager, David Maneage, to trade in my old Chevy Truck for a new one. They were I worked with my salesman. James Fumo, and with the New Vehicle Sales Manager, David Maneage, to trade in my old Chevy Truck for a new one. They were so patient with me. First of all, they introduced me to the complete line of trucks I was interested in to help me identify what I really wanted, while staying with my budget. Second, they gave me more than a fair offer for my trade. Third, they wrote up the deal in a Purchase Agreement that listed ALL of the prices, fees, and taxes, ending with a total that I would either need to bring to the table or finance. The price was honest and very fair. providing financing options so that I could determine what I could afford in my budget. That day, I left the dealership with the Purchase Agreement to reflect on the proposal. Six days later, I called James to tell him I wanted to move forward. He accommodated me, and we closed the deal. Leo in finance was wonderful, as he explained without any pressure what warranty options were available, as my plans are to keep the truck a LONG time, and was able to negotiate a reasonable, below retail price. This dealership provided a very positive customerexperience, that was very welcoming, They really care about their customers, and ensure that they are comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend them, and return to buy another vehicle from them! More
