The only downside to this experience was a little scuff the car had on the front right fender, small enough to easily be touched up but was just left there. I wish that could’ve just been taken care of right away rather than having to go somewhere. Aside from that, Bob and the rest of the Braeger team was very polite, helpful, and made my first car buying experience a pleasant one! More

John Webler has the worse customer service person John webler was rude, treated me like I was bothering him. Refused to call me back after leaving 2 messages for him. Which ultimately lead me to have return to the service department 3 days in a row. I gave this dealership a try and regret it. The only reason I decided to get the 2nd service done there was because I was able to move to a new service advisor Joel Turner. To finish my experience the technician that did my oil change and tire rotation lost my key for my locking lug nuts. So sad to say I will not ever return to braeger Chevy for any reason besides to pick up my new set of locking lug nuts. The only decent person I dealt with was Joel Turner. More

Arrived 5 min early, and had to wait for 45 min for them to finish getting the truck ready. Waited another 10 min for Josh to fuel the truck up, another 10 min for him to find me floormats. After was all said and done, what I felt should have been a 30 min transaction, turned into 90 min. After getting truck home, found wrappers, and other trash under the seats. Not overly impressed More
