Horrible 1st car experience and fraud I purchased a vehicle from this Braeger Chevrolet feb 16 2019...I had no license or no insurance. The guys at this dealership frauded my information with progressive to make the insurance go through, by changing my birthday and also ssn, I have proof of it all. Jeep patriot 2012. A couple days later i hear noises coming the back end and now dealer is trying to charge me 1500 to fix a lemon that was fraudly sold to me. The dealership is now saying i cant return the car even though i am in the 30 days. This was my first attempt at financing a car and these men took advantage of me. I feel scammed and helpless. I just want the word out so other will avoid this dealer so i will be taking my platform that i have with over 50K followers to spread this issue and also news outlets. More

Scheduling an appointment was a chore with these advisors as I was told that all of their techs were "in training". Dropping the car off did not prove to be any more delightful. I waited for over an hour and a half for a shuttle while my service advisor kept telling me that the shuttle should be here "any minute". The technician got grease on my freshly detailed carpet and seats (light tan color). The service advisor did not apologize or even offer to clean it. However, he did get me a rag and cleaner when I asked. I'm glad I sold this Chevy as GM price gouges for OEM parts, and I believe this is an understatement. I would not recommend Chevy or this dealership. The only plus is that the place looks really nice! More
