Zero Effs Given Attitude By staff We took a test drive a week prior to purchasing our car. It had everything we wanted and we let the salesman know it. When we came back the next wee We took a test drive a week prior to purchasing our car. It had everything we wanted and we let the salesman know it. When we came back the next week to sign the car was out front and we were ready to go. We signed did all the paper work and when we took the car home it didn’t have any of the features that we wanted and when I let the sales guy know he told me “tough xxxx what’s done is done” and they wouldn’t do anything to remedy their mistake. Jim the sales manager and Jeremiah the sales guy and the rest of the people at Braeger Chevy only care about their customers just enough to get them in their car. Once that happens and if something is wrong they won’t do anything to go out of xxxx way to fix their acknowledged mess up. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Absolutely Terrible This is not a place that likes to sell cars. During the entire time I was there, they never once gave me a price on anything. They kept trying to upsell me on models of cars that were not necessary for my needs. Worse yet, I asked them to please send me pricing information for my next visit 6 days later. Never got an email or a follow up. I follow up via the company's website stating I still didn't have the information I needed. I was supposed to go and look at cars again, but honestly forget it. I still don't have all my options priced out. After bad experience in the service department before, Braeger and I are done. It's too bad because the last person who sold me my car (who is no longer with Braeger) was a gem. Onward and upward. More
