Excellent Customer Service! All of the staff at Braeger Chevy exceeded my expectations. From the time they greeted us at the front door to the time we drive off the lot, we were All of the staff at Braeger Chevy exceeded my expectations. From the time they greeted us at the front door to the time we drive off the lot, we were impressed. Our family had been searching for a specific vehicle with certain specifications for some time without success. We found our vehicle online and were able to make the drive up from Chicago. Bob Howard assisted us and went out of his way to ensure we were never inconvenienced during the process. He had the vehicle pulled into the showroom and ready for viewing when we got there - which was late in the evening during a snowstorm. The entire team worked with us that evening right until closing time never once pressuring us or making us feel as we were taking too much time. The staff was very easy to work with and then helped us arrange a time that worked for us to make the drive back up to purchase and pick up the vehicle. Brandon from the finance department made the transaction smooth and efficient. He was personable and professional, again ensuring all our financial needs were met. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in buying a car. If we lived closer, we would also have our vehicle serviced there! I highly recommend using Braeger Chevy for your car-buying needs! We were able to reasonably negotiate and he worked with us to make that happen. He answered any and all questions we had and if he didn’t know the answer he made sure he found the answer. We worked with Heather Kruse who helped us finance. She was great! She didn’t pressure us with the “extras” and made the signing process smooth and easy. The only hassle we ran into is that the dealership requires you to have a declaration of insurance to prove insurance coverage, insurance cards will not due but I understand the reason why. Overall, we had a great experience! I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Best Car Buying Experience This was, by far, the best car buying experience ever! Prior to coming to Braeger, I was at Lynch in Kenosha where they tried to rip me off. Fuming on my drive to Braeger, I wasn’t optimistic. Thankfully, I knew Tony Kossow’s sister and both of us being Veterans, I knew he would do his best. From the beginning he was 100% honest and didn’t pressure me to look at particular vehicles or up sell me. At the end of the day, I was able to purchase an amazing 2016 Chevy Silverado at a fantastic price. Heather in finance was no nonsense and kept it real. She did an amazing job getting me into a much better loan than Lynch offered, despite being 5 months out of Ch 7 bankruptcy. She was able to work a deal so that I could afford the warranty. I highly recommend Tony and Heather as they were probably the two most honest individuals I’ve ever met in the car buying process. More
