Helpful and Genuine My salesperson Scott greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for in a car, listened to me, and answered my questions. He seemed to care about making sure I was making the best decision for myself by asking me if my old car could reasonably be repaired and he didn't try to sell me all kinds of things I didn't need, which I appreciated. He took me right out to the car I was looking into and let me take it for a test drive. He was very patient with the whole process which ended up taking a while, driving me all the way to the dmv, waiting there while my change of address information was updated to qualify for financing of my new car. He helped me setup my cars smart phone pairing system and guided me through many of my cars new functions to get me familiar with them. I am younger and first time new car buyer, but Scott took me seriously from the beginning, which I can't say for every place I've been. The only minor critique I would make is that he told me he thought my insurance rates would go down, considering the new cars safety features, but he was also under the impression I had full coverage on my current vehicle (I was unaware that I only had liability on it), so I can't blame him for his thought process there. He was a genuine guy and the whole experience overall was very helpful. More

Fix check engine light I had my van in for close to a week, many different things had to be eliminated. Disappointing I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so they kept it overnight. The service rep, while nice, seemed to busy to deal with my issues. When I called to check on the status of my vehicoe, they were closed so I had to call in the morning. Only to discover upon driving it away that one of the issues wasn’t addressed and my car still is making noise. The tire pressure wasn’t even checked which makes me think they didn’t do a multi point inspection at all but got another $600 in labor out of me. I have spent about $3k in maintenance and repairs in the last few months here because I trusted this dealer, where I bought my vehicle new. Now, it is older (2012) so I expect some maintenance costs at its age, but I also excepted the same service I recalled receiving when it was new. Now I still have a crummy running vehicle $3k later and the problem is still not resolved so I will be finding another dealer and mechanic to resolve it for me. I plan to purchase a new vehicle soon, was going to choose a new Chevy but I am not so sure now that I will. More
