Disappointing I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so I was a bit disappointed on my last two visits. Aside from the astronimical labor costs, I wasn’t even called back to tell me my vehicle was ready so they kept it overnight. The service rep, while nice, seemed to busy to deal with my issues. When I called to check on the status of my vehicoe, they were closed so I had to call in the morning. Only to discover upon driving it away that one of the issues wasn’t addressed and my car still is making noise. The tire pressure wasn’t even checked which makes me think they didn’t do a multi point inspection at all but got another $600 in labor out of me. I have spent about $3k in maintenance and repairs in the last few months here because I trusted this dealer, where I bought my vehicle new. Now, it is older (2012) so I expect some maintenance costs at its age, but I also excepted the same service I recalled receiving when it was new. Now I still have a crummy running vehicle $3k later and the problem is still not resolved so I will be finding another dealer and mechanic to resolve it for me. I plan to purchase a new vehicle soon, was going to choose a new Chevy but I am not so sure now that I will. More
