Purchase key fob The service was fine and staff helpful. The only issue was cost. I bought a new electronic key fob for my 2005 Equinox for $80. I was then told that The service was fine and staff helpful. The only issue was cost. I bought a new electronic key fob for my 2005 Equinox for $80. I was then told that unless I spend $50 more to have it programmed, it would be useless. Who in good conscious sells a product knowing it will not work unless more money ($50) is spent to get it work ? I think this is absolutely ridiculous. More

Absolutely everyone we had contact with at Braeger Chevrolet was very friendly and helpful. We first came here on a Saturday and met with Scott Koski. We told him we didn't have much time and he was very accomodating. He answered all of our questions and listened to what we were looking for. That first impressions stuck with us while we met with and corresponded with numerous other dealer reps. In the end we decided to come back to Braeger because of Scott's inviting nature and knowledge. Everyone else we dealt with was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Not to mention that he facility is beautiful! We'll definitely be back and recommend friends and family to Scott at Braeger! More
