Anthony not only helped me make some big decisions, he also helped keep me calm as finance worked hard to get me the right loan! Leo was also very helpful, and patient as I waded through all the paperwork with him. Being a first time buyer on my own it seemed like he was prepared, and ready to answer all my questions. He also worked hard to be sure I got the car of my dreams when that seemed to be a daunting task! I really felt like they were and are listening to me. I am however saddened by some of the customer service I received in other departments after my sale! The car buying experience does not end when the customer pulls off the lot. Hopefully it was a bad day and I will not see this again when it comes to service of my vehicle! More

10/10 I highly recommend Braeger I was able to make my offer and have it accepted all ONLINE. I just hate talking on the phone, so it was great.
