Not the worst, could find better The staff is super friendly and willing to work with you. Not willing to give the best price for the car however. Next time I will go somewhere that will offer me a fair deal on a car, and make sure that I am not paying more than a car is worth. I should have done my research better. More

Horrid Customer Service I am not sure if they are paying people for good reviews, but the service here was horrible. 1. Offer for trade-in was a slap in the face, they o I am not sure if they are paying people for good reviews, but the service here was horrible. 1. Offer for trade-in was a slap in the face, they offered less than half the average trade in value of my vehicle 2. My vehicle needed multiple routine services less than a month after purchase, which are next to impossible to schedule unless you want to take off work to get a simple oil change 3. We had to wait well over an hour every time we came in, and more often than not, the person we were waiting to talk to didn't even know we had been waiting (thanks to our sales person) 4. Even their general manager wont respond to inquiries about issues 5. Minor fixes to the vehicle that were promised before purchase were not done (not a big deal, small things like missing cap on the air nozzle on tires, but still...you expect these things to be done if they said they would be...especially when paying well over 10k for a vehicle) More
