New car experience I was not going to buy, I was just there to look. Would I buy another? The salespeople were nice, truck was not ready when I went to pick it up at the time they said. The truck was at the outside contractor that was adding the extra's I requested. Will not fall for that ever again. The heated seats they added are not as good as the factory, lousy controls, same with the leather. Since new the engine ticks, everytime I take it in I get the line, that's the way they sound, for over $40,000 it shoud not. Chevy has had a problem with this in the past. I am about to take it in to have speakers and an ap added to it. The rear speakers are in the door pointing to the floor, worthless. The service rep Scott is good, responsive ,overall the nicest person I have dealt with there. Once the money exchanged hands that was it for the salesman, truck needed a wash when I picked it up new, had to leave it so they could remove the stickers, which was known about since day 1. For spending on the 2nd most expensive item next to our house it seemed like buying a fridge.. More
