I went to a couple other dealerships and they ended up just trying to bash each other instead of really focusing on what I was saying and trying to help. No one at Braeger ever said anything bad about any other dealership and completely left the decision up to me to come back and I was so glad that I did. More

The people I dealt with at Braeger however, were excellent, not pushy or overly aggressive which was a nice change from other dealerships I have been to. Both our salesman and finance team were easy to deal with, personable, and just all around pleasant. We test drove a vehicle on Sunday, did some research through the following week only to find out that the price they had the vehicle listed at was at or below auction pricing. There was no reason to try to negotiate on the vehicle price..... which was great because if I had to negotiate price I probably would have just skipped it. They did initially slightly low ball offer on the trade in price, which was expected, but after a few minutes of talking they gave a fair value on the trade in as well and I was happy. In previous experiences the financing part of the deal where they stick you in a small room with a salesman for an hour plus, has always been a headache, trying to sell you everything under the sun plus the moon and Jupiter. However at Braeger it was a much different experience. We were in an out of being with finance person in about 35 minutes or so. They offered their additional services and left it at that without hounding us about it, it was a very pleasant and a breeze. We also gave them the interest rate we wanted from our bank and while they don't work with our bank they found one of their banks that matched the rate for us. Awesome. Total time at dealership including ALL visits & test drives: Maybe 2 - 2.5 hours tops. Not bad at all. Overall experience: Thrilled Will return: Definitely More

Until I saw some of the used trucks Braeger Chevrolet in Milwaukee was advertising on Cars.com. I drove up to visit them and they seemed to have more newer used trucks than most of the dealers I visited. Scott Koski a salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable,and showed me everything I wanted to see. After finally deciding on a loaded 2015 Silverado,the finance manager Sarah Barth helped me find a loan I could live with. Considering I was recently released from a bankruptcy. When it was all done I wound up with a newer and better equipped truck than I thought I would have for between $3500-$4000 less than others I saw. Thanks Braeger. The negotiations were hassle free and we got a good deal. $300 less than the Kelley Blue Book recommended price for the vehicle. We recommend them for a used car purchase.
