Every experience I've had with Braeger has been great. From Scott in the Service Department to the cashiers and now my Salesman Tom Becker. Tom took the time to listen, he offered suggestions without any pressure. I test drove a car and it was exactly want I wanted. I was relieved to find a vehicle that I took purchase in my price range with everything I wanted or needed. Tom showed me several models of the Cruze and options on each of them. I settled on a beautiful 2014 Cruze LT. After several days of driving it, I had a few questions. Tom was more than happy to explain everything and answered all my questions. I feel so comfortable calling him with even the smallest of questions knowing he's there to help whenever needed. Thanks Braeger Chevrolet. I'll be back the next time my husband and I need a vehicle! Sales department good, Service department ? 2014 Silverado delivered 08-28-2014. Check engine light came on, returned to Braeger service department 08-29-2014 at 7:00 AM. They reset the check 2014 Silverado delivered 08-28-2014. Check engine light came on, returned to Braeger service department 08-29-2014 at 7:00 AM. They reset the check engine light. Left that morning to go up north for Labor Day weekend. On the way up north the check engine light came on again. Stopped at West Side Garage Chevrolet in Berlin, WI on Friday afternoon. They needed to reset the vehicle systems to correct the problem. Check engine light has not reappeared. It appears the problem was caused by a battery not fully charged. Sales department was easy to deal with, met my price, done deal. More

I was at Braeger to get a "recall" fix on my Pontiac, The service dept gave me an estimate of an hour to hour and a half to do the work. This gave me time to look at their trucks in stock. I had been looking at trucks at other dealers so I had some idea what I was looking for. More
