Braeger sparked my interest in a Spark I came to Braeger Chevrolet after visiting there with my friend who was purchasing a new car. I was at that time, very impressed with the friendliness I came to Braeger Chevrolet after visiting there with my friend who was purchasing a new car. I was at that time, very impressed with the friendliness, professional, and personality of the dealership. Feeling overwhelmed with gas prices, my current car payment and a healthy dose of new-car-fever, I returned to Braeger to see what they could do for me. I started with a phone call to Judd. He had me make an online loan application. Then we were off. Over the past 14 years, I have purchased 4 new cars. This experience with Braeger was THE BEST! I never felt like I was being "handled" or manipulated into something I did not want. I was never nudged into a higher payment, extra vehicle warranties, or even a vehicle that I did not want. Judd and Darrell greeted me warmly upon entering the dealership. Judd showed me the Spark and we took a test ride. It was great! He showed me some of the features of the Spark. I then met Sarah who walked me through the financials. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very approachable. The next day, I dealt with Michelle. She was very thorough and determined to find me the best financing available. On the day of delivery, Judd changed the plates on my car, synced my cell phone, and patiently explained the workings of my car. He made sure that my insurance was changed to reflect my new car. Finally, he made sure that I made it to my financing appointment in a timely manner. Michelle was again awesome, carefully explaining all of the documents that I signed. She made suggestions for gap insurance and "Titanium" coverage. Both items I was keenly interested in. My payment ended up being less than anticipated. Financing was smooth and easy and again, I did not feel like I was handled. The last piece to mention, is the influence of the new car sales manager, Jim. Due to the weekend, end of the month, and my own retirement, I had some minor difficulties obtaining some current paperwork. He fixed things so that I could take my car on Saturday! At Braeger, I felt like a valued and treasured customer and family member, Everyone, especially Judd, was friendly, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend buying a car from Braeger. More

He then turned me over to Tom Becker, Who was very nice ,friendly, and overall, did a very good job. Eventually I talked with Jim Schlicht, who was also friendly, informative, and patient in explaining the numbers. I think he did his best to make me happy, as did Bob and Tom. I also need to include Michelle Matusin for her patience, for going over the numbers over and over until I understood them, she was very friendly, kind and understanding. All you guys did a great job over I'm not easy to deal with when it comes to my money, hard to let go. This group handled me very well. Thank You. You made the process easier. I left the lot that day with no pressure or questions from him. I did return a week later and purchase my vehicle. He was patient with us is color changes from brownstone to ruby red to finally to a emerald green metal flake.
