We were looking to upgrade our minivan and Dennis Carver got us exactly what we were looking for. We told Dennis what we wanted and he only showed us what we wanted to see, not wasting our time with vans that didn't meet our criteria. Willie gave us a great price for our trade in and Jenny made the financials seamless! There were a few minor body issues that Dennis and the Service department took care of immediately which made us very happy. It was a great experience and we will tell every one we know about the great service and value we received from Dennis, Jenny, Willie, and Braeger Chevrolet. More
Our experience was the top. Bob Howard, knew his vehicles with every question we threw at him, and we asked him many questions, he had an answer. Also, with finance questions we had, he gave answers vehicles with every question we threw at him, and we asked him many questions, he had an answer. Also, with finance questions we had, he gave answers, but also told us to listen to the finance person Sam (Samantha) and ask our questions to her. And Sam was very relaxing and made understanding clear, she was right to the point and her personality reflexed Good Service Management skills. The whole experience was great. And in no time we were out of the dealership driving away in our new 2013 Malibu. For years we have dealt with Braeger, but it seems like this is the first time our Salesperson was knowledgeable enough to stay with us and not run off ten different times to get answers for us. It was nice to have Bob Howard and Sam, we hope Both stay at Braeger for our future visits. Great Experience!!! More than Happy to send others there to work with these two great people. This better be accepted cause Why I believe is fully answered! More

Both the dealership and Leo C. are local people. I live on 29th and Lincoln. Buy local is one of my mantras. More
I came in with a issue with my traction control system in a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 ded a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 deductible if I took it somewhere else. The shop didn't have the correct scanner so Craig allowed me to bring it in and he would out source it so I would still only have to pay the $50 deductible. It turned out that there was actually nothing wrong with the traction control system at all. I was just not using it correctly. Craig took the time to look up the traction control system and properly educate me on how to use it. He was very professional through out this whole process and never once got upset with me. Not only that he didn't charge me for the time or the rental that was used in the process of this event, and I got my car back in one day! I am very impressed with Craig and this dealership. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next car. More
VERY ATTENTIVE, FOLLOWED UP ON VISIT. ANSWERED MY EMAILS AND CALLS IMMEDIATELY. MATCHED OR CAME IN UNDER A COMPETITIVE PRICE AT ANOTHER DEALER. My experience at Braeger Chevrolet was both good and bad. The good, and very impressive part, is that their customer service is exceptional and second to none. They did far more for me after I had purchased The good, and very impressive part, is that their customer service is exceptional and second to none. They did far more for me after I had purchased a used vehicle from them than any other dealership I've ever been to. They were always polite and professional, which is a welcome change from some other dealerships. Their customer service and friendliness are outstanding. Easily a 5* rating there. Their price was fair for what I was looking for and competitive for similar makes/models in the Milwaukee area. Issue 1: The big downside to the exceptional customer service/friendliness is the execution in what they are providing, which was very poor. Granted, the vehicle I puchased was used but the condition of the interior was utterly filthy. I literally wiped enough dirt from the rear seats to make a pile. There were trash wrappers in it, various hard/sticky stains on various interior surfaces, and an untold amount of debris/food chunks stuck in numerous cracks throughout the interior. The XM Radio button still sticks to this day because of whatever was spilled has stuck underneath it. All of this was when I was taking delivery, after 2.5hours in the showroom waiting for them to find a better financing rate than what I'd already found (which they did). I want to say they at least vacuumed the floors but in 2.5 hours there should have been considerably more done...even without the 2.5 hours, we had already established I was taking delivery that day (agreed to terms the day prior) so there was no excuse for the condition of the car. BC Resolution: It was offered to "take it in back and have them vacuum it out quick" but that was not going to do it, nor did I have any more time available. So it was decided I'd bring the vehicle back the following week so they could do a "full detail" of the interior. Results: The floor was vacuumed and the surface areas had been wiped down, but not cleaned. The large stains were cleaned but there certainly wasn't a "detail" done. The interior glass was still dirty, many surface areas were still dirty, and there was still debris in cracks. I just accepted it as best they could do, because CarSpa in Kenosha does a fantastic job (an actual detail) and it was just easier that way. Issue 2: Listed mileage 33k; Actual mileage 37k. Just so happens an oil change and a recommended service occur at 37,500miles. Neither of which were done. Results: BC offered two free oil changes, of which I used one when they had it in to "detail". Issue 3: This I placed on myself not doing a thorough inspection prior to purchase, but they took care of it anyway (there's the 5* customer service). There was a good amount of body damage (surface gouges in the running boards) under the car on the driver's side. I'd estimate they were 3ft in length (curb maybe?). These easily would've been an insurance claim to fix. The car had been a lease vehicle so I assumed damage like that would be non-existent, as it would've been fixed when the car was turned in(lesson learned). Regardless, I am the one who should've spotted the damage prior to delivery, but I did not and they took care of it free of charge. My car was out of commission for a few days for all of this, and they don't offer courtesy vehicles. 2 days I needed to get a ride from my office to BC, back to office, back to BC and then when they addressed the body damage it was an overnight to let the paint cure...they took some time but eventually offered to rent me a car from Enterprise. Results: I again went back to take final delivery and there was still tape hanging off the bottom of the car. There was tape still on the inside of the door panel, there was tape hanging off the bottom of the door and tape hanging from under the front end. Also, there is now a good deal of overspray on the rockerpanel area that you can easily see and feel. I accepted it, because I just wanted to be done with it and enjoy my car. Bonus issue: Both of my Key Fobs went dead within a week of purchasing the car lol. Summary: Braeger Chevrolet has a great front end. The sales, finance, management staff is by far the best I've ever dealt with. They truly are a 5* front half (although I can't help but think they should've made the call to have my car ready for delivery much sooner than they did). The back-end components (service/body shop) are not even close to the level of the front end. The execution of the services offered are simply poor. Thanks for reading. More
I have looked at several local Milwaukee WI dealerships and even some in northern IL. Dennis was very flexible and easy to work with, made my entire purchase very fast and easy. I also want to thank Jen and even some in northern IL. Dennis was very flexible and easy to work with, made my entire purchase very fast and easy. I also want to thank Jenny from the financing department, I had an issue getting my title straight on my trade in and she called and helped me figure it out. Rather than making me wait for a new title they where able to work out a deal where I could take the vehicle home the same day. I wish they where where a little more flexible with price, however they where competitive. So on the one hand I liked the fact they had straight fwd pricing which I didn't have to spend the entire day haggling over but on the flip side it would have been nice to get a little off the internet price of the vehicle. In all fairness they gave me a great price on my trade in and the entire experience was awesome! I felt they where honest people and straight up with their information, I highly recommend this dealership and particularly working with Dennis Carver and Jenny. THANK YOU love my SUV! More
Received a prompt phone call regarding an internet inquiry from Bob. He really did a great job explaining the different options available to my wife and I. She had been in a wreck that totalled her ca inquiry from Bob. He really did a great job explaining the different options available to my wife and I. She had been in a wreck that totalled her car, but left us with only one vehicle. Bob found a wonderful vehicle in our price range. Never did we feel pushed or "sold," he simply offered great information. Jenni in financing helped set us up with a great rate and in less than a week my wife drove away in a great new Chevy Malibu. I will start here when looking for our next automobile! More
